1. General Terms

Deshi Solt is a Bangladeshi online gaming platform offering slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, and other entertainment games. The following terms apply to the use of these services:

1.2 Scope of Services

Deshi Solt provides the following services:

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is required to play on Deshi Solt. The following rules apply at the time of registration:

2.1 Multiple Accounts Are Prohibited

Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account suspension and rejection of withdrawal requests.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Deshi Solt may request identity verification (KYC) at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This may require submitting a scanned copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC is completed.

3. Age & Eligibility

Deshi Solt is an adults-only service. The following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service of your own free will.
• You are not affected by gaming addiction and are not on any self-exclusion list.

Deshi Solt may request valid identification at any time to verify age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

4. Financial Transactions

All rules relating to financial transactions on Deshi Solt are detailed below:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• The maximum single deposit limit is ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Only use a mobile banking number registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Records

Deshi Solt maintains records of all financial transactions. You can view your transaction history at any time from your account dashboard. If you notice any discrepancy, please notify the support team within 48 hours.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Deshi Solt:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled due to a technical fault, all bets will be refunded.
• For Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Winnings will be forfeited if bets are placed from multiple accounts on the same event.
• Deshi Solt reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Deshi Solt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general rules are as follows:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each bonus's promotion page.

6.2 Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds may only be withdrawn up to a specified maximum limit.
• Deshi Solt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Deshi Solt account secure. Please follow the security guidelines below:

• Use a strong, unique password that you haven't used anywhere else.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

Deshi Solt shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by a security failure on Deshi Solt's part.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Deshi Solt and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards staff.
• Participating in or encouraging any fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Deshi Solt is not liable for the following:

• Games or bets cancelled due to internet connectivity issues.
• Any loss caused by a fault in your device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from theft or misuse of your account login credentials.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Deshi Solt's maximum liability for direct losses caused by the platform will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the past 30 days.

10. Changes & Amendments

Deshi Solt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated terms will be published on the website with the effective date clearly indicated.
• For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email or via SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and withdraw your remaining balance.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Deshi Solt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or deception.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you submit a request to close your own account.

If an account is closed, any valid withdrawal requests will be processed after verification. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you will be advised on the next steps.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant judicial authorities of Bangladesh.
